As we mentioned in the news, the Trump For President campaign released new ads, and indeed, they attack Vice-President Kamala Harris for her support of transgender people. The ads claim that they are telling the truth, but in fact, they are questionable at best. For misrepresentation, and for treating transgender people as some sort of a bogyman to be afraid of, the Trump campaign gets a TWIT. The Huffington Post has this story.

Senators Lindsay Graham and Ted Cruz asked former Representative Anthony Brindisi, now a candidate for the federal judiciary, some questions about his support for transgender rights. The questions themselves contained anti-transgender language. For building on anti-transgender sentiment, and for supporting prejudice against a group of others as a reason to deny someone a position as a judge, Senators Lindsay Graham and Ted Cruz get a TWIT. This story comes from The Advocate.

Former Fox News personality Megyn Kelly wrote a post on X complaining that Sirius XM CEO Martine Rothblatt is “not female and he is not ‘the highest paid female CEO in America.’” “He started pretending to be one of us at age 40,” she continued.. Martine Rothblatt is a transgender woman, and Megyn Kelly is employed by Sirius XM. For anti-transgender sentiment without specific reason, Megyn Kelly gets a TWIT. PinkNews has this story.

The social media site known as X has suspended people accused of hate speech significantly less often than it used to before Elon Musk took over. Indeed, a news report shows that it has 99% fewer suspensions for hate speech than it used to have. For suspending its own rules and allowing users to attack other users, X gets a TWIT. This story comes from LGBTQ Nation.

As we also mentioned in the news, 22 state Attorneys General, all Republicans, have threatened to charge the president and vice-president of the American Academy of Pediatrics with violating consumer protection laws if they endorse puberty blockers. They are using the Cass Report as their evidence, despite the many complaints about the bias in that report. For using a biased report by an alleged expert who has no first-hand experience treating transgender children and who makes no study of her own, the 22 Attorney General get a TWIT.
