“Back in the day” breast forms were either foam pads or knee highs filled with bird seed. The seed allowed the “breasts” to move when you walked, mimicking the natural bounce of female mammaries. Downside? You smelled like you were wearing bird seed perfume.
Some folks used water balloons to fill out their bra, but there was a risk that you might spring a leak.
Those makeshift bosoms are no longer needed thanks to silicone and business people who saw a market among men who liked to dress as women and look as real as possible. In 2024 there have never been so many enhancements to improve (or create) a curvy female form. Thanks to the miracle of silicone, there are all kinds of feminine body enhancements you can glue on, or just fill your bra with. Breasts in many sizes. Silicone glue-on hip pads and curvy butts. Also, silicone vaginas — or whole bodysuits with built-in breasts and vaginas. Many of these enhancements can be very expensive. Today we take a look at a prosthetic breastplate that is very affordable right now at The Breast Form Store.
Gold Seal NAKED Crop Top – $139.95
The price on this item was already very affordable when I accepted the assignment to do this review. Since then The Breast Form Store has added a 10% discount to everything. But enough about the affordability. At these prices every gurl should have this breastplate in her closet.
The Crop Top arrives at your home, or post office box, in a plain brown box with no distinguishing characteristics. Other than the weight. The smallest size (which is the size I’m writing about) is fairly hefty when you’re fetching it from your porch.
The Crop Top is in its own box along with a brochure that gives you instructions on how to put your new breasts on. The instructions say that using talcum powder makes it easier to get the Crop Top on but if you use talc be careful not to inhale any of the powder. Talc has been found to be poisonous if inhaled. There are powders available that do not contain talc.
Not using talc made putting my breastplate on a bit harder than powdering up but I heeded the advice of TBFS and stayed patient while getting it on. First thing you have to do is push your head through the neck hole. Wearing a wig cap while you attempt this is a good idea. I started to put it on without a cap and my hair was sticking to the neck hole. The wig cap worked when I used it. With the neck hole in place you have to maneuver one arm through its arm hole. With that arm in place you work the other arm through its arm hole. All that’s left is gently pulling the back of the breastplate down to its natural position and adjusting the breasts.
Unlike breastplates that stop at the bottom of your neck the Crop Top neck hole extends up to around the bottom of your chin. No need for a big necklace to cover the edge of the silicone. Adjusting the neck is simple and with some experimentation you can get it to look like your own throat.
With the breasts in place it’s time to take them for a test drive. . . walk in this case. As said, this breastplate is the smallest size available. I prefer a balanced figure that isn’t bigger on the top. Fans of a large breast look will find breastplates that will work for them. Eden, The Breast Form Stores fitter, worked with me to figure from measurements which of the four sizes would do for me, and also helped pick the color that best matched my skin tone.
I have to say, this breastplate is fun! The breasts are a bit larger than I normally wear but they look very natural. They have the right amount of bounce and feel at home on my chest. I want to wear them with a low cut “red carpet” kind of gown. The kind you see on the Hollywood starlets. I want be daring. I’ve stayed away from low-cut tops and dresses but the Crop Top opens new fashion doors. Styles that draw the eye to the bosom are now possible. The Crop Top can be worn with a pushup bra to provide greater cleavage. Greater cleavage and a low, low price make this a must buy! Order yours from The Breast Form Store today!
